A Very Special Living Area in the Commercial and Residential Upper Segment of Levent Villas Region.

I have been focusing a significant part of my real estate work on the Levent Villas region for about 3 months.
I've recently started knocking on doors and making initial contact conversations.
The region is a very special region.
The existence of many detached commercial and residential villas in the main artery of Istanbul, right next to the most valuable commercial and residential living areas, is very valuable.
There are more villas in the region than I can finish in one day's work.
One side is Büyükdere Cd, one side is Nisbetiye Cd, the other side is Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge connection road and the other side is adjacent to Etiler.
Buildings designed to be villas have a maximum of three floors. Each one has its own garden.
I try to carefully follow and perceive the real estate dynamics of the region in order to carry out commercial and residential sales and rental transactions in the Levent Villas region on the right basis.
I perceive that I am happy and feel good when I walk around the area and communicate with people.
My biggest goal is to be remembered as an "expert real estate agent" in the Levent Villalar region in the next 2 years.
