We completed the sale of one of Antalya's valuable apartments during the week.
We had previously sold the relevant property owner's apartment in the Selenium Panorama residence project in Beşiktaş Gayrettepe.
Whether or not I complete the sale of the real estate I have authorized, I always review the entire process with a calm mind.
In my opinion, the more we master the concrete facts, the more likely it is that the next process will increase in terms of creating attractive value.
I was as active as I could in the marketing process of the apartment in Antalya, both domestically and abroad.
I even provided the opportunity for the French-speaking property owner to meet with my French colleague who showed interest from France.
When I looked at the property owner's approach when a potential buyer emerged, I realized the following.
The work I did throughout the entire process and the systematic information I provided to the property owner about these works had allowed the property owner's mind to become clearer so much that it had enabled him to approach the negotiation very clearly.
Of course, the general stance of the property owner and his clarity about the sale were other important criteria here.
If the property owner is convinced of the work, motivation and competence of the real estate agent he authorized, the feedback from the authorized real estate agent becomes an important compass for him when a potential buyer emerges.
