A real estate owner I was in contact with told me that they had a building in the Sarıyer area that they were considering selling and asked me to do an expert survey.
Another development is that the property owner, for whom I had done expert work for the sale of his buildings in Beşiktaş, about 14 months ago, called and said that he could not find my report and asked me to resend it.
I prepared my current valuation report and the marketing activities I could do at home and abroad and presented it to him.
Apart from these, the property owner, who had offices in one of Beşiktaş's brand plaza office living areas that they were planning to sell and with whom I had been in contact for a while, called me and said he wanted to meet face to face.
I visited him yesterday.
During our meeting, he said that they have two residences in one of Beşiktaş's brand residence living areas.
The recent experiences I mentioned above were very valuable and motivating for me.
