The Zekeriyaköy region, which shined brightly during the pandemic period, is slowly becoming a favorite living space, as I observed, although it experienced a decrease in demand for a while (due to the distance to the center). Even though I don't know Zekeriyaköy yet, the impression I got from my colleagues and visits is as follows:

The Zekeriyaköy region, which shined brightly during the pandemic period, is slowly becoming a favorite living space, as I observed, although it experienced a decrease in demand for a while (due to the distance to the center).
Even though I don't know Zekeriyaköy yet, the impression I got from my colleagues and visits is as follows:
Beşiktaş and Maslak, and even many parts of Istanbul can be reached via the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge.
The region's dense woods and greenery, its calmness and peace attract people.
In addition to these, detached villa living areas spread throughout Zekeriyaköy in the logic of the site also attract a certain audience with high purchasing power.
Detached villa living spaces come to mind in the Levent and Ulus regions of the Beşiktaş region. As far as I observed, the busiest one is in the Levent region.
Villa prices in Zekeriyaköy are much more affordable than in the center, you have the opportunity to live in new buildings and in peace and nature.
Villa living spaces in Beşiktaş and Sarıyer regions will be my focus areas in the coming period.
