I started sharing my experiences in our office.

Since November 2023, I started to focus on upper segment residences and plazas throughout Beşiktaş.
Then, I returned to Keller Williams Fores Şişli Regional Directorate in December.
As of the new year, I joined the Luxury Housing Committee, which includes 173 colleagues who conduct qualified transactions in the luxury housing segment among approximately 3,500 real estate colleagues under the umbrella of Keller Williams Turkey.
As of February, I started training and sharing experiences in our office.
The first one was for the Ignite-10 "Hint Protection and Storage" topic that we held during the week.
When I look at the feedback I've gotten, people have been pretty satisfied.
I will share an experience on Regional Expertise in March.
In April, we will have an experience sharing titled Ask Me Anything (BİS).
As our Team Leader said, there will be a training program every month.
