Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This Notice has been prepared to inform you, under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), about the purposes and methods by which your personal data is processed by Özkan Özel in its capacity as data controller.

The following personal data may be processed through the forms on our site (free valuation, newsletter, contact) and through our other communication channels:

• Identity and contact: full name, phone number, email address.
• Property and request details: property type, region/neighborhood, square meters, transaction preference (property owner/investor), and any notes you choose to share.
• Transaction security: IP address, date/time and form submission logs.
• Cookie data: essential cookie data related to site usage, and — subject to your consent — analytics cookie data.

• Evaluating and fulfilling your valuation, advisory and asset management requests,
• Contacting you and responding to your request,
• Measuring and improving service quality,
• Sending content under your newsletter subscription (subject to your consent),
• Fulfilling legal obligations and providing evidence in the event of possible disputes.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK, on the legal grounds of your explicit consent, its being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, the fulfillment of the data controller's legal obligation, and legitimate interest — provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Your personal data may be transferred, strictly for the purposes stated above, to the service providers we work with (e.g. hosting/email infrastructure), to authorized public institutions and organizations, and to the relevant authorities where legally required. In cases such as servers being hosted abroad, any transfer is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the KVKK and, where necessary, on the basis of your explicit consent.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory retention periods set out in applicable legislation; at the end of those periods it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request that it be corrected if processed incompletely or inaccurately; request its deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred; object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from analysis by automated systems; and request compensation for any damage you suffer as a result of unlawful processing.

You may submit requests relating to your rights in writing, together with information verifying your identity, to info@ozkanozel.com. Your applications will be concluded free of charge within the periods stipulated by the KVKK.
